I’m obsessed with ‘What does it take to achieve big bold goals?’ … the things that most people dismiss as being impossible.

I believe it all starts with our mindset.

My journey over the last seven years has taken me around the world to research, study, and interview some of the most impressive leaders on our planet and I share my findings and insights with leadership teams.

I speak to ambitious leaders and their teams and challenge their thinking with thought-provoking ideas around the mindset needed to lead yourself and others.

The outcome is getting teams to think bigger, to develop bigger resilience, and to work better together as a team.

I don’t just share research and insights.

I've lived what I talk about.

My diverse experiences include twice sailing around the world. the first time as a team leader on a trophy winning racing yacht in the BT Global Challenge and the second time as captain and team leader of my family team with my wife and three young children under 10 years of age.

At work, I’ve been a CFO, a Director at KPMG and as a serial entrepreneur, I’ve built and sold a tech business for a 7 figure sum.

I'm a Best Selling Bloomsbury Author and in writing, my recent books "The Big Bold Mindset® - Rethinking the Rules of Leadership" and "Be More Human - Rethinking the rules of high-performance teamwork", I’ve been on a journey to research, study, interview, and learn from some of the most successful leaders in the world.
