In an initial call, Caspar will first seek to understand and listen to your challenges, and what’s going on for your audience. He will want to get clear on the precise outcomes you want, what current initiatives you are running and any red flags to be aware of.

Once he has understood your needs, he will suggest some options covering different talk ideas, different messaging and whether its a talk, half-day or full-day workshop that might best fit your needs.
